不妊治療の費用助成の在り方を議論する厚生労働省の有識者検討会が、助成対象を「４３歳未満」にすることで合意。
対象者の年齢層が上がっており、女性の年齢が上がるとともに、治療が出産につながる割合が大きく下がることなどから、治療の有効性や安全性に考慮して、年齢制限を設ける必要があると判断した。
現行制度は、不妊治療のうち保険適用外の体外受精や顕微授精を受けた人に５年間、計１０回を上限に１回当たり１５万円まで助成している。所得制限はあるが、年齢制限は設けていない。
「40歳未満」と「43歳未満」の二つの案があったが、「43歳未満」の案で合意した模様。
１年以内に自然妊娠できる可能性を見ると、
20～24歳 80％以上
25歳～29歳 80%程度
30歳～34歳 60%程度
35歳～39歳 50%程度
40歳～44歳 40%未満
45歳～49歳 5％未満
50歳以上 1％未満
という調査結果がある。
これを見ると、20代に妊娠するのが一番いいというのはうなずける。
人工授精１回での受胎率はおおよそ
30歳～34歳 12.7％
35歳～39歳 9.6%
40歳～44歳 3.6%
人工受精も年齢で受胎率は大きく変わってくる。
子供を産むなら早く手を打った方がよさそうです。
